The Search Results

The search results page shows all the panel records that have matched the search criteria specified either through the Browse Panels options or the Search Panels facilities. This page provides a few very powerful facilities in its own, which are worth highlighting.

The first line shows a sentence that describes the search criteria used to get the search results. This is followed by a navigation bar that has a set of links which enable easy viewing of the results returned. More importantly, this navigation bar also has options to Download the Data (As a table or in XML format), or to view all the results on a Map. This later option provides a very powerful tool for academic research, as well as for the general public.

Below the navigation bar, a summary of the matching records is shown, with links to every individual panel record, a map link when coordinates are available, and links to any imagery available for the panels.
